Irene Reig

"Views" is my first album as a leader. Every song reflects concrete and special moments in my life: Memories from Barcelona, Amsterdam and Philadelphia, the cities I have been living in and where I have met incredible people.

Full of spontaneity, this CD started as a crazy idea one morning when I woke up. Three months later I was recording it with some of the amazing musicians I met in Philly and who I am looking forward to play with in the future.

 

It is an enormous pleasure to have the presence of trumpet and and EVI player John Swana on the record.
